On the Fire Design Verification of the KTV Construction Projects

针对KTV场所的火灾危险性,分析该类场所建设工程消防设计审核实际工作中频繁出现的防火分区、防火分隔、安全疏散、消防设施设置及内部装修材料等方面的常见问题。针对典型问题进行研究,提炼相关审核的技术要点和常见问题的解决方法,为日常消防监督检查及建设工程消防设计审核提供了参考和指导。

In order to reduce fire risks in KTV entertainment centers, this paper points out some typical problems on fire engineering design verification of the similar construction projects and offers some solutions in terms of fire com- partment, fire partition, safe evacuation, installation of fire control facilities and interior decoration materials. This paper intends to provide some guidance for the work of the routine supervision and inspection of fire and fire engi-neering design verification.
