论消防行政管理工作的改革与创新

On Deepening the Reform of Administrative Service for Fire Protection and Promoting the Innovation of Service Mode

通过分析当前消防工作中存在的一些矛盾和问题,按照建设服务型政府的新要求,提出建设工程、项目评估、宣传培训等消防行政改革的方法,配套建立消防监督管理技术专家库、培育中介服务机构、构建消防服务平台、加强监督和监管等制度,创新消防事业管理服务方式,以求创造更加良好的消防安全发展环境,从根本上提高全社会预防火灾的能力。

This paper analyzes some contradictions and problems with the current fire work. According to the new re- quirements of building service - oriented government, the paper suggests that administrative service for fire protection should be done by planning construction projects, project assessment, training and other fire administrative reform, supporting the establishment of fire supervision and management technology expert library, cultivating intermediaries building fire service platforms, strengthening supervision and supervision system, innovation management services. The reform intends to create a more favorable environment for fire safety and fire prevention.
