Study on the Supervision and Fault Liability of Fire Administrative Law Enforcement

从消防行政执法的监管过失责任入手,提出了消防行政执法的责任风险。结合具体案例分析消防行政执法因监管过失引发的渎职责任,并探讨了如何在消防监督执法工作中通过加强内外部监督、规范执法行为来降低责任风险。

In this paper, starting from the fire administrative law enforcement supervision negligence liability, and puts forward the risk of fire administrative law enforcement responsibility. On the case, analysig administrative law enforcement of fire due to regulatory negligence caused by dereliction of duty, and discusses how the fire supervision law enforcement work through strengthen the internal and external supervision, standardize law enforcement activities to reduce the risk of liability.
