高等院校专业实验室建设与管理探析

Construction and Management of College and University Laboratories

高校实验室承担着实验教学、科学研究和服务社会的重要任务,是培养创新型和实践型人才的重要场地。对高等院校专业实验室目前的现状和存在的主要问题进行了分析,指出了实验室建设的重要性及紧迫性,并就目前主要问题给出了解决对策,提出了转变观念、明确定位,确立目标、采取措施,加强管理、完善制度的三步走策略。

College and university laboratories play important roles in experimental teaching, scientific research,social service and cultivating talents of innovation and practice. The current situation and existing problems were analyzed and the importance and urgency of the laboratory construction were discussed. A three-step strategy to strengthen the management and improve the system was put forward： changing concepts, clearing the orientation and setting up goals and measures.
