中职课堂分组教学法模式探析 被引量:2

摘要 职业教育在我国的教育体系中具有举足轻重的地位,但职业教育的教学质量与社会对职业人才质量要求仍存在较大差距。本文结合实践,发现中职学生个体化差异较大与统一的教学模式之间的矛盾是影响教学质量的重要因素之一,因此,提出运用分组教学法的教学策略。研究分组教学的背景、方法以及实际应用,认为在中职课堂中应用分组教学法,有利于教师与学生在教学过程中形成良性互动,有效提升教学效果。 Vocational education plays an important role in our educational system, yet its teaching quality still fail to reach the social requirements for professional talents. This paper discussed the contradiction between individual differences and the unified teaching mode, which is one of the key problems influencing the teaching quality. Therefore, this paper proposed the group teaching strategy. Based on the study of its background, methods and application, the author came to the conclusion that the group teaching method is beneficial for good interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process of vocational schools,and can improve the students' learning.
