摘要
多层砌体房屋抗震鉴定中,基准面积率是楼层综合抗震能力指数计算方法的重要计算参数,但我国现行《建筑抗震鉴定标准》中仅提供砖房抗震墙的基准面积率,本文将根据水平地震荷载作用及抗震墙受剪承载力的关系,推导出砌块类房屋基准面积率的计算方法,并根据该类房屋的材料参数取值,提供基准面积率的计算表格,该表格可作为混凝土空心砌块类房屋鉴定计算的依据,也为下一步鉴定标准的修订提供参考。
In the seismic appraisal of the multi-story masonry buildings,reference area ratio is an important calculation parameter of building comprehensive seismic capacity index,however,only the reference area ratio of brick wall is provided in the current code for Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings. According to the relationship between the horizontal seismic load and the shear bearing capacity of shear wall,the calculation method of reference area ratio of concrete hollow block building is derived in the paper,and according to material parameters values of the building,the table of reference area ratio is provided. The table can be used as the calculation basis of concrete hollow block building,and provides a reference for next appraisal standard revision.
