摘要
总结了气基直接还原铁(DRI)工艺还原气研究现状,分析了焦炉煤气干重整转化和煤制气生产DRI工艺的技术背景、流程和技术特点,介绍了自主研发的劣质"三高"低阶煤热解提质、气化和冶金耦合工艺,并对工艺经济、资源、能源效益进行了初步分析。
This paper summarized research situation of reduction gas used in gas-based direct reduction iron(DRI), analyzed the technical background, process and technical characteristics of coke oven gas dry reforming transformation and coal gasification production of DRI technology, introduced upgrading, gasification and metallurgical coupling process of the poor quality of the "three high" low rank coal pyrolysis that was researched and developed independently, and carried out preliminary analysis of economic, resources and energy efficiency of the process.
