浅析AP1000模块化施工总承包管理

On the AP1000 Module Construction General Contract Management

三代核电AP1000堆型在建造过程中采用了模块化施工的理念,具有与传统核电建造模式不同的建造与施工特点。结合当前AP1000项目的建设管理模式,分析模块化建造技术给核岛建造项目管理所带来的影响,介绍AP1000模块化施工的特点与总承包管理重点,为持续改进AP1000模块化施工的总承包管理提供理论和实践基础。

Modular construction idea had adopted in construction process of the 3rd generation nuclear power plant AP1000, which has different construction specialty with traditional nuclear power plant construction. Combined with the current construction management model of AP1000 project, this paper analyzed the influence of module construction technology on nuclear island construction management, and introduced the specialty of AP1000 module construction and key point of general management, to provide a theory and practice basis for continuous increase of AP1000 module construction in general contract management.
