摘要
针对首山一矿瓦斯压力大造成井巷工程量增加进而制约采掘接替的问题,分析首山一矿现有的综掘快速掘进机械化作业系统,通过对现场工序操作时间进行长期测量得出各个工序符合实际的操作时间,并对掘进循环作业图表进行优化,从而提高了正规循环率,加快了掘进速度。
According to the problem of increased roadway work amount and restricted mining-excavation relay caused by high gas pressure in No.1 Coal Mine of Shoushan, this paper analyzed the existing comprehensive tunneling speedy drivage mechanization operating system used in No.1 Coal Mine of Shoushan, concluded that processes all accord with the actual operating time on the basis of on-site process operating time by measuring for a long time and optimize driving cycle operation chart, so as to increase the rate of the normal circulation and speed up the advance rate.
