摘要
为保证大采高工作面顺利撤架,需在工作面停采线位置进行撤架通道的施工。改变传统综采机施工撤架通道的做法,尝试研究使用综掘机施工撤架通道工艺,保证了巷道快速安全施工,取得了明显的效率和效益。基于5304工作面工程概况,叙述了巷道技术特征、使用材料规格及施工方法,对掘进施工作业、永久支护进行了分析。
In order to smoothly remove the support in large-height mining face, we should perform construction of support removing roadway at stopping line in working face. Change the practice of traditional support removing roadway of comprehensive tunneling machine and try to study the support removing roadway process by using comprehensive tunneling machine, which can ensure the rapid and safe construction of the roadway and have achieved obvious efficiency and benefits. Based on the project profile of 5304 face. this paper describes the technical characteristics and use material specification and construction method of roadway, and analyzed construction work and permanent support.
