摘要
行端禅师现存禅诗百余首,作为元代临济宗南方之善系的代表之一,他继承了临济宗的诗学传统,所创作的禅诗体现了禅宗与文学相交融的特征。其写景诗继承了陶、谢、韦、柳之风,深沉高旷;禅理诗通俗晓畅,以朴素语言道出佛教传统教义和禅宗本心的玄机;讽喻诗反映民生疾苦,讽刺社会矛盾,又是儒家爱民思想与佛教普救观念共同作用下的结晶。
As a zen master, Yuansou Xingduan was one of the representatives of the southern Zhishan branch of the Linji Zen School. He inherited the poetic tradition of the Linji Zen School, and wrote more than 100 poems of three categories： scenery, zen doctrine and allegory. All those poems of his carried his distinct personal mark, reflecting the mental outlook of his times.
