摘要
党的十八大以来,随着经济发展进入新常态,我国意识形态建设也进入了以建构和提升马克思主义意识形态话语权为主要特征的新常态阶段。新常态视阈下马克思主义意识形态话语权仍然面临着马克思主义"过时论"喧嚣尘上、社会主义核心价值观频遭诋毁、社会文化领域的思想多元化等挑战。究其原因,市场经济趋利性的负面影响、西方"西化""分化"图谋、国内各种社会思潮交锋不断、网络时代信息掌控难度大、宣传舆论体制机制不够完善等是其重要影响因素。新常态视阈下马克思主义意识形态话语权的建构要在创新上下功夫,通过设置科学的话语议题以提升马克思主义意识形态的引领力,要坚持正确的话语导向以提升马克思主义意识形态的感召力,加大对外传播中国最美声音以彰显马克思主义意识形态的话语魅力。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, economical development has entered into a new normal, and ideological development has also entered into a new normal aiming to construct and uphold Marxist ideological discourse right. Nevertheless, such a new normal is still faced with many challenges, because of the negative influence of profitoriented market economy, the plot of westernization and differentiation, surge of various trends of thought, inadequate supervision of the information on the Internet. Therefore, innovation is needed to construct Marxist ideological discourse right, namely, proposing scientific discourse topics, adopting correct discourse orientation, and publicizing the best sides of China.
