摘要
目的优化甜叶菊苷类的提取工艺条件。方法通过考察料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对甜叶菊中甜菊苷(Stevioside,St)和莱鲍迪苷A(Rebaudioside A,RA)含量的影响,设计正交试验,以RA含量为评价指标,优选出甜叶菊回流提取的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳条件:料液比(m/v)为l g∶20mL、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为1h、提取次数为2次。结论经过重复性实验验证,该提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Rebaudioside A and Stevioside in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni extracts by single-factor experimental conditions and orthogonal design method.Methods By investigating solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and effects of extraction times on the contents of sweet leaf chrysanthemum stevioside(St)and rebaudioside A(rebaudioside A,RA),design orthogonal test,put RA content as evaluation indexes to optimize a extraction procedure of Stevia rebaudiana reflux extraction.ResultsThe best conditions:solid-liquid ratio(m/v)was 1g∶20mL,extraction temperature was 80℃,extraction time was 1h,extraction times was 2times.Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible,and the extraction efficient is high.
