促酰化血红蛋白水平与新疆地区老年代谢综合征患者的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨新疆地区老年代谢综合征(MS)患者促酰化血红蛋白(ASP)水平变化及其相关性。方法选取在新疆医科大学第五附属医院老年病科确诊的老年MS患者100例(MS组),选取本院同期进行体检的年龄及性别基本匹配的100例健康老年人(对照组),分别检测血浆ASP、补体C3及相关代谢指标,并进行比较。结果MS组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、ASP、载脂蛋白A1、游离脂肪酸水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),MS组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)平低于对照组(P<0.05);MS组和对照组的补体C3、载脂蛋白B测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MS组患者ASP与SBP、DBP、BMI、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A1、游离脂肪酸水均呈正相关(r分别为0.281、0.302、0.334、0.271、0.286、0.262、0.302、0.293、0.401),MS组患者的ASP与HDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.319)。结论新疆地区老年代谢综合征(MS)患者促酰化血红蛋白(ASP)水平较健康人群显著增高,同时与患者的ASP、补体C3及相关代谢指标具有相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolism syndrome(MS)of retired railway workers and acylation-stimulating hemoglobin(ASP)levels in Xinjiang.Methods Detected the level of plasma ASP,complement C3 and related metabolic indicators in a raiway retired group of 100 unrelated MS cases diagnosed by adult dyslipidemia Prevention Guide in China,and 100 controls matched by age and gender of basic healthy elderly group.Results The level of SBP,DBP,BMI,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,ASP,apolipoprotein A1,free fatty acid levels(FFA)in MS group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),HDL-C levels in MS patients were obviously lower than control group(P〈0.05);there was no correlation in the level of complement C3 and apolipoprotein B in both groups(P〈0.05);A significant positive correlation was observed in MS group of ASP and SBP,DBP,BMI,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,apolipoprotein A1,FFA(r=0.281,r=0.302,r=0.334,r=0.271,r=0.286,r=0.262,r=0.302,r=0.293,r=0.401),the level of ASP and HDL-C in MS patients showed a significant negative correlation(r=-0.319).Conclusion The serum levels of ASP in MS group for railway retirees in Xinjiang were not only higher than that in control,but also had a significant relationship with the metabolism of the patient.
