持续封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理与疗效观察

Nursing and clinical observation of continuous vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers

目的探讨持续封闭式负压引流配合护理措施治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月-2014年2月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的糖尿病足患者90例为研究对象,采取持续封闭式负压引流治疗,所有患者均进行糖尿病足溃疡的术前、术中及术后护理,分析持续封闭式负压引流在治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。结果 90例糖尿病足溃疡患者中,显效70例(77.78%),好转15例(16.67%),无效5例(5.56%),总有效率为94.45%。仅有5例患者因创面肉芽过度生长而接受再次清创换药治疗,其余患者肉芽组织均生长良好,术后无感染。90例糖尿病足溃疡患者中,非常满意62例(68.89%),满意25例(27.78%),不满意3例(3.33%),总满意度为96.67%。结论持续封闭式负压引流治疗配合术前、术中及术后护理,可提高糖尿病足溃疡患者的临床疗效和患者满意度,有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 90 diabetic patients with diabetic foot ulcers in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2014 to February 2013 were selected as the research object.All patients were treated by continuous VSD,and the clinical effect of continuous VSD in diabetic foot ulcers was analyzed.Results the total clinical effective rate was 94.45% for patients with diabetic foot ulcers,and the total satisfaction rate was 96.67%.Conclusion Continuous VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,coordinating with nursing during pre-,mid-and post-operation would enhance the clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction,which will be clinical meaning for expanding.
