In order to eliminating the security risks and improving the safety, reliability and economy of compressor equipment, aiming at the reasons of two sets of large type labyrinth compressors flexible coupling bolt fracture, this paper has analyzed in depth and the causes are found out. Communicated with coupling supporting supplier, optimized coupling structure, the replaced coupling is well used in site. It endures the requirement of compressor＇s long-term operation under rated conditions.
