摘要 基于纺织增强材料的发展概述,探讨纬编针织增强材料结构的优缺点,其中延展性、柔顺性、分布均匀性及抗冲击疲劳性能优良。分析纬编针织增强材料的基本性能,如强力和强度适中、层间破坏强度高、可制作性能良好、生产成本低等。同时,详细分析可应用于纬编针织增强材料的结构类型,包括纬平针、罗纹、衬垫基本组织结构,三维成形结构以及轴向增强结构。最后,举例阐述纬编针织增强材料的应用领域,包括汽车制造工业、航天航海、医学生物、电子信息等,为未来纺织增强材料的应用提供参考。 Based on the development overview of textile reinforced materials, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of weft knitted fabric reinforced structures such as excellent extensibility, flexibility, distribution uniformity and impact-fatigue resistance properties. And it analyzes the basic properties of the weft knitted fabric reinforced materials, including the modest tensile strength, high interlaminar breaking strength, good formability and low production cost and so on. At the same time, it describes in detail the structure types which is suitable for reinforcements, including three kinds of basic structures, weft plain, rib and inlay fabric, as well as the three-dimensional molding structure and directionally-oriented structure. Finally, some examples are given to illustrate the application fields of weft knitted fabric reinforced materials, such as the automotive industry, aerospace and navigation, medical biology, electronic information and others, which can provide a reference for the application of the textile reinforced materials in the future.
