摘要
从汽车座椅套的性能要求入手,提出采用经编提花间隔织物开发汽车座椅套的优势,并以实际测量尺寸和包覆要求为依据设计汽车座椅套的廓型尺寸,然后根据汽车座椅各部分压力分布及耐磨、接缝强力等实际应用要求,设计汽车座椅套的排版和分区。选取涤纶DTY和涤纶单丝在RDPJ5/1型经编机上进行编织,并利用WKCAD进行工艺设计,详细阐述花型填充和组织覆盖,以及上机工艺参数等。该研究可为高性能和高品质汽车座椅套的开发提供参考。
This paper firstly introduces the performance requirements of car seat covers, and points out the advantages characteristics of warp knitting jacquard spacer fabrics. It designs the layout and functional partition of car seat covers based on actual-measured size and coating requirements, according to the various parts of the car seat body pressure distribution and abrasion resistance, seam strength and other actual application requirements. It selects PE DTY and filament as knitting material to knit on RDPJ5/1 machine, and discusses in detail the pattern filling,covering and knitting process by using WKCAD. The research results can provide a reference for the development of car seat cover with high performance and high quality.
