摘要 经编网格织物在产业用领域的应用空间越来越大,随着产业用网需求的增加,经编网格织物的物理性能和机械性能受到越来越多的关注。本文介绍了10种常用经编网格织物的组织结构和性能特点,其中组织结构包括两梳和三梳组织,满穿和空穿组织,以及普通组织、缺垫组织和衬纬组织。分别对这10种织物进行克质量和厚度等物理性能的测量以及单向拉伸断裂、双向拉伸断裂和顶破性能等机械性能的测试,并做数据分析,得出不同组织结构形成的经编网格织物的性能特点。 More and more warp knitted eyelet fabrics are used in the industrial fields. With the increase of industrial mesh demands, the physical properties and mechanical properties of warp knitted eyelet fabrics have received increasing attention. Ten warp knitted eyelet fabrics with different structures and performance characteristics are introduced in this paper. The structures are composed of two or three guide bars fully or partially threaded, as well as ordinary warp knitted structures, cut presser and miss-press structures. The physical properties such as gram weight and thickness, and mechanical properties including unidirectional tensile fracture, bi-directional tension fracture and bursting properties and so on, are measured respectively. Through analyzing the experimental data, the performance characteristics of warp knitted eyelet fabrics composed of different structures are compared.
