摘要
针对目前全自动电脑横机中的毛衫线圈松紧程度调节装置存在的问题,设计新型电脑横机用线圈密度调节机构,阐述该机构工作原理和各部件运动情况。与传统技术相比,新型电脑横机用线圈密度调节机构将机头中的原单层密度三角设计成双层密度三角,从而实现微调密度三角的压针深度。经多家用户安装调试,该机构能够满足对织针高低位置的精确控制,对线圈密度调节范围广,织针精度高,并且编织出的毛衫织物具有立体效果,衣片质量明显提高,能满足国内外高档针织产品的工艺需求。
In terms of the problems of difficult control of stitch density adjustment on the full automatic computerized flat knitting machine, the paper designs a new kind of stitch density adjustment device of knitted sweater,and describes its working principle and the motions of each component. Compared with the traditional technology,the new stitch density adjustment device replaces the single-layer density cam with a double-layer density cam to achieve the fine adjustment of pressing depth of density cam. Through the trial knitting by users, it can be seen that the new stitch density adjustment device can offer precise control over the knitting needle position, has wide stitch density adjusting range and high knitting needle accuracy, and the quality of fabric with 3D effect made by the new adjustment device significantly improves, which can fully meet the demand of production process of high grade knitted products at home and abroad.
