摘要 阐述了耐氯色牢度提升剂的作用原理,并以咖啡色纬编锦氨弹力布和浅紫色、浅杏色、浅湖蓝色经编锦氨弹力布为例,分别选用耐氯提升剂NY、耐氯固色剂NL-50、耐氯提升剂CT进行耐氯色牢度提升整理。测试整理后织物耐氯色牢度提升效果,并分析了耐氯色牢度提升剂对织物耐洗性、色光以及耐日晒色牢度的影响。结果表明,这几种耐氯色牢度提升剂对织物耐氯色牢度均有提高,但同时对织物色光、耐日晒色牢度也有一定的影响,且耐洗性能不够理想。 The action principle of chlorine-resistant fastness increasing agent was expounded, taking brown weft knitting nylon-spandex elastic fabric, lilac, light apricot, shallow lake blue warp knitting nylon-spandex elastic fabric as examples, chlorine-resistant fastness increasing agent NY, NL-50 and CT were selected for chlorine-resistant fastness finishing. The increasing effect of chlorine-resistant fastness after treatment was tested, and the effects of chlorine-resistant fastness increasing agent on washing resistance, color shade and color fastness to sunlight were analyzed. The results show that these chlorine-resistant fastness increasing agents can improve chlorine-resistant fastness,and also have certain effects on color shade and light fastness, but the improvement to washing resistance is not ideal.
