摘要
针对地质条件复杂区域的地基承载力检测问题,研制螺旋板载荷–静力触探联合试验仪,利用滚轴丝杠原理,通过机械组合传动实现钻杆的直线、旋转和螺旋三种运动方式,仅依靠人力即可完成快速贯入、旋入和起拔钻杆等操作,既可以进行螺旋板载荷试验,也可以进行静力触探试验。试验仪设备轻便、操作省力、结构合理、加工成本低,既实现了地基承载力快速检测的目的,同时可通过组合试验方法来保证测试数据的可靠性。
Considering the problems in detection of foundation load bearing capacity in areas with complex geological conditions, spiral plate load-static sounding combined tester was developed. This tester uses combined mechanical transmission to realize linear, rotary and spiral moving modes and could realize fast manual drill stem inserting, screwing and pulling. It could be used for both spiral plate load test and static cone penetration test. The tester has small weight, convenient operation, reasonable structure and low processing cost. It could not only realize fast detection of foundation bearing capacity, but also guarantee the reliability of test data through combined tests.
