摘要
通过使用柱后衍生系统,建立柱后碘衍生法测定食用油中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量的方法。结果表明:黄曲霉毒素B_1在0.5~55.0 ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.999;对黄曲霉毒素B_1浓度0.4、2.0、20.0ng/mL的标准品进行6次平行分析,重复性结果良好,回收率范围为85.8%~106.2%,方法检出限为0.050μg/kg。
Determination of aflatoxin B1 in edible oil by post column derivatization with post column derivatization,.
