摘要
为了在新一代智能变电站内实现数据源的统一和通信网络的统一,共享站内硬件资源和网络资源,提升新一代变电站的集成度,该文对站内信息流进行了系统研究,包括测量信息流、控制信息流、保护信息流和监测信息流,提出一种融合测量、控制、保护、监测和计量等需求的全站信息流架构。以此为基础,结合220 k V新一代智能站的工程需求,给出了一种可执行的信息流设计方案,该设计方案包括母线间隔信息流设计、线路间隔信息流设计、主变间隔信息流设计及高压设备信息流设计共4个部分。文中提出的信息流设计方案在国家电网公司的新一代智能站示范工程中得到应用。
For realizing the unity of data source and the unity of communication network at new smart substation, sharing the resource of hardware and network and promoting the integration degree of new smart substation, the information flow including measurement information flow, control information flow, protection information flow and monitoring information flow were investigated respectively and a scheme of information flow integrating control, protection, monitoring and measurement was proposed for new smart substation. Base on this scheme and the technical needs of 220kV new smart substation, an implementable information flow design was putted forward which was composed by the information flow of bus space, the information flow of transmission line space, the information flow of transformer space and the information flow of intelligent high voltage equipment. The information flow design was applied in new smart substation demonstration project of SGCC.
