矩阵变换器的两种网侧单位功率因数控制方法 被引量:7

摘要 受输入滤波器的影响,矩阵变换器输入功率因数设置角为0时,网侧功率因数并不为1,网侧电流会超前网侧电压。为实现网侧功率因数为1,基于网侧电路时域分析方法,获得了网侧功率因数角和输入滤波器、输出功率之间的关系。分析了输入滤波器参数和输出功率对网侧功率因数的影响,并提出两种网侧单位功率因数控制方法。将所提控制方法与基于频域分析方法的网侧单位功率因数控制性能进行了实验对比研究,同时对所提控制方法二进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所提控制方法一具有比基于频域方法更好的网侧单位功率因数控制效果,同时实验结果证明了所提闭环控制方法二是正确可行的。 Because of the effect of input filter and output power, grid side power factor is not at unity when input power factor setting angle is 0. To achieve grid side power factor at unity, the relationships between grid side power factor angle and input filter and output power were obtained by analyzing time domain circuit of grid side a-phase, based on which the grid side power factor angle effected by the input filter and output power were analyzed, and two grid side power factor at unity control methods were presented. The grid side power factor at unity control performances of matrix converter with the proposed method one in this paper and the method based on frequency domain analysis were compared by analyzing experimental results. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method one has higher grid side power factor and the proposed method two is right and feasible, which are verified by the experimental results.
