Research progress of new technologies for increasing sinter machine productivity

摘要 本文简要介绍了近年来国外先进钢铁企业开发出的提高烧结机利用系数的新技术,主要包括JFE公司开发出的第二代焦粉喷涂制粒技术和提高烧结操作控制精度技术、日新制钢公司开发出的延迟焦粉加入技术、金达尔钢铁公司开发出的调节烧结负压技术,并对各项技术的优劣势和应用前景进行了分析。 The new technologies of improving sinter machine productivity developed by foreign advanced iron and steel en- terprises were introduced in this paper, mainly including the second generation of coke breeze coating granulation technology and sintering operation control accuracy improvement technology developed by JFE company, the technology of delaying coke breeze addition developed by Nisshin Steel, sintering suction pressure adjustment technology developed by Jindal Steel, and the advanta- ges and disadvantages as well as application prospects of these technologies were analyzed.
