On-line reconstruction of blending reclaimer in Baosteel raw material stockyard

宝钢原料场一、二期混匀取料机于2011～2014年进行了在线改造。为了使改造过程对生产的影响降至最低，从设计开始，参与项目的各方就密切配合，制定切实可行的方案和保证措施，确保工程质量和工期。项目如期完成，为后续改造奠定了基础，积累了经验。

The phase 1 and phase 2 blending reclaimer in raw material stockyard of Baosteel have been reconstructed be- tween 2011 and 2014. In order to minimize the impact of the transformation process on production and ensure the quality and deadline, all the parties participated in the project have closely cooperated to make up practical schemes and guarantee measures. The project was completed as scheduled, which provides valuable experience and a foundation for the subsequent reconstruction.
