Research and application practice on micro-fine mineral separation technology by suspended vibration separator

摘要 针对目前矿石资源"贫、细、杂"的特点,以尾矿的回收与再利用为主攻方向,研制出新型高效微细粒级重选设备——悬振选矿机。对国内外不同选厂的微细粒代表性矿样进行实验室试验及工业应用,结果证明,悬振选矿机在微细粒回收方面具有运行稳定、维护简单、运行成本低、选矿富集比高、回收效果好等优点,并得到了广泛应用,使微细粒级选矿技术取得了突破性进展。 In view of lean, fine and complex minerals at present, the recovery and re-utilization of tailings were taken as the study direction, a new-type effective equipment for gravity separation of micro-fine minerals, suspended vibration separator, was developed. And then, lab test and industrial application of representative micro-fine mineral samples from various concentrators at home and abroad were carried out. The results showed the suspended vibration separator was characterized by stable operation, simple maintenance, low operation cost, high enrichment ratio and excellent recovery in recovery of micro-fine minerals, so it was widely applied, which made the micro-fine mineral separation technology achieve breakthrough.
