短壁采煤机设计中的若干问题与解决方案

Problems about design of short-wall shearers and solutions

为解决短壁采煤机使用过程中出现的一些故障,如装煤效果差、部件易松动、调高液压缸易拉缸、小齿轮箱温度高、摇臂下降抖动,从设计角度定性分析了故障的主要原因并提出了相应解决方案。经实践检验,所提出的解决方案切实有效,可为今后短壁采煤机的设计者借鉴。

To avoid faults during the operation of the short-wall shearer such as poor coal-loading effects, loose parts, scraping of the height-regulating cylinder, high temperature of the pinion box and shaking of dropping rocker arm etc, the paper analyzed the main causes of faults from design point of view, and put forward corresponding solutions. Practice results showed the proposed solutions were effective, which offered reference for the designer of the short-wall shearer.
