摘要
为了保证某矿用窄轨机车的行车安全,对其车轴强度进行了分析。参照标准EN13104中的材料力学计算方法,选取该窄轨车轴的12个截面,计算出各车轴截面的应力、抗弯模量、弯矩以及安全系数。然后,根据力矩计算式用MATLAB程序绘制了车轴轴身力矩图,并用有限元分析方法进行了对比验证。结果表明,车轴危险截面位于轮座与轴身的凹槽过渡处,且最大截面应力小于许用应力,满足车轴强度设计要求。
In order to ensure the safe operation of a mine narrow-rail locomotive, the strength of its axle was analyzed. According to the calculation method of material mechanics in standard EN13104, twelve sections of the axle were determined, and the stress, bending resistant modulus, bending moment and safety coefficient of the sections were calculated. In addition, the curves of the axle moment were mapped by MATLAB program according to the moment calculation formula. And then, the finite element method was applied to carry out contrast and verification. The results showed the dangerous section of the axle was located at the notch between the wheel base and the axle, and the stress of the maximum section was less than the allowable stress, which met the design requirement of the axle strength.
