摘要
针对大型带式输送机滚筒失效问题,分析了滚筒的焊接结构形式,明确了端盘与筒壳的焊接结构,以减少焊接量;通过对焊接工艺的分析,提出了滚筒焊接工艺的改进方法;建立了由焊接机器人完成滚筒内部的根层焊接工作站,给出了焊接机器人的系统配置,对带式输送机行业滚筒焊接工艺的改进与实施具有参考意义。
In the view of the failure of the pulley of the large belt conveyor, the welding structure of the pulley was analyzed, and the end disc welded with the cylinder shell was defined, so as to reduce the welding duty. After the analysis on the welding process, the improvement on the welding process of the pulley was proposed. And then, the welding working station composed of welding robots was set up to carry out the welding duty of inner circle of the pulley, and the welding robot system was configured. The research offered reference for the improvement and implementation of the welding process of the pulley of the belt conveyor.
