动力煤选煤厂煤泥浮选降灰提质增效试验研究 被引量:3

Test study on deashing and upgrading of coal slime by flotation in steam coal washery

摘要 针对新元选煤厂浮选精煤灰分偏高的问题,通过实验室浮选,发现1次浮选工艺不但易造成低灰粗颗粒精煤的损失,还会导致精煤中存在大量高灰细泥的污染,难以在获得较低精煤灰分的同时获得较高的精煤产率,提出1次粗选+精选浮选工艺来处理该厂煤泥。试验结果表明:1次精选工艺可显著降低浮选精煤灰分,同时保证了浮选精煤产率,对新元选煤厂及其他动力煤选煤厂的浮选降灰提质增效具有指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of high ash content of clean coal in Xinyuan Coal Washery, lab flotation was conducted. The results showed one flotation not only lost coarse-particle clean coal with low ash content, but led to a lot of fine slime with high ash content entering into clean coal, so it was difficult to obtain clean coal with low ash content and high yield of clean coal at the same time. Therefore, the paper proposed the flotation process involved one coarse separation and cleaning to treat the coal slime. Test results showed: onecleaning flotation process reduced the ash content of clean coal after flotation, meanwhile, the yield of clean coal after flotation was guaranteed. The results offered guidance for deashing and upgrading of coal slime by flotation in Xinyuan Coal Washery and other steam coal washery.
