摘要
以煤矿刮板机、带式输送机配套的JS75减速齿轮箱为研究对象,根据减速器的工况条件,计算了各轴承的支承载荷,利用ANSYS Workbench对箱体静强度及变形量进行了分析,比较了3种箱体结构的优劣;在静力学分析基础上对箱体进行了模态分析,并得出箱体的低阶固有频率和主振型,与传动系统齿轮的啮合频率进行比较分析表明,加肋的薄壁板整体式箱体的结构设计更为合理。
The case of JS75 reducer matched with the scraper and the belt conveyor used in collieries was taken as the research object. According to the operation mode of the reducer, the carrying load of each bearing was calculated, and ANSYS Workbench was applied to analyze the static strength and the deformation of the case. And then, the advantages and disadvantages of three various-structure cases were compared. After that, based on the statics analysis, the modal analysis on the case was conducted, and the natural frequency and major vibration mode of low orders of the case were obtained. The contrast between the obtained natural frequency and gear meshing frequency of the drive system showed the stiffened thin-walled unitary case was the most reasonable.
