丁酸甘油酯对保育猪生长性能的影响

Effect of Tributyrin on Weaning Piglet′s Growth Performance

选用二元杂仔猪270头,按体重相近和性别一致的原则随机分为3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复30头猪。每个处理分别饲喂含丁酸甘油酯0、0.2%、0.4%的日粮,观察丁酸甘油酯对保育猪生长性能的影响。试验结果表明:添加0.2%丁酸甘油酯(试验组II)可以提高日采食量4.94%(P>0.05),添加0.4%丁酸甘油酯(试验组III)可以提高日采食量5.47%(P>0.05);试验组II和III的平均日增重分别增加了11.66%和10.36%(P<0.05),料肉比分别降低了7.26%和7.82%(P<0.05)。本试验综合说明在保育猪饲粮中添加0.2%和0.4%的丁酸甘油酯可以提高保育猪的生长性能。

270 hybrid piglets were chosen which were randomly divided into 3 treatments in this experiment, according to the principles of similar weight and sex. Negative control group I was not fed with tribu-tyrin, group II was added 0.2% tributyrin and group III was added 0.4% tributyrin into feed, then studied the effect of tributyrin on piglet＇s growth performance. The results showed that daily feed intake of group II and group III had increased 4.94% and 5.47% （P〉0.05）, daily gain had improved 11.66% and 10.36% （P〈 0.05）, feed conversion ratio had decreased 7.26% and 7.82%（P〈0.05）. The statements above proved that adding 0.2% and 0.4% tributyrin can improve the growth performance of weaning piglets.
