饲料中添加柠檬酸对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验选用胎次、出生日期、初生重相近的断奶仔猪12窝,分为4组(每组3窝),于每组日粮中分别添加0、0.5%、1.5%和2%的柠檬酸,观测各组仔猪增重、料重比、腹泻情况等指标。结果表明:在仔猪日粮中添加一定量的柠檬酸,能显著提高仔猪日增重,降低料重比,并能有效防治仔猪腹泻(P<0.05),具有良好的经济效益,其中以1.5%的添加量较为适宜。 Weaning piglets with similar parity, birth date, birth weight selected from 12 litter of piglets were divided into 4 groups in this experiment, the additive of 0, 0.5%, 1.5%, 2% eitric acid were added into each group, then the piglets weight gain, feed to gain ratio, diarrhea and other indexes were observed. The results showed that adding a certain amount of citric acid in the feed could improve ADG, reduce F/G significantly, and prevent piglets from diarrhea effectively (P〈0.05), its economic benefit was good. The optimum additive level of citric acid was 1.5%.
