摘要
为了研究益生素对羔羊育肥效果的影响,本试验选取年龄和长势相近的4月龄健康公羔14只,随机均分为两组,试验组于精饲料中添加2 mg/g的益生素,对照组不添加益生素,在同等条件下饲养2个月后,测定两组的日增重、料重比、产肉性能、肉质品质等指标。结果显示:试验组的日增重、料重比、肉中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸含量等显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。证明益生素能提高羔羊的生长性能和肉质品质,在肥羔生产中的应用前景较广,值得进一步研究。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding probiotics on fattening lamb. 14 four-months old monitoring lambs were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 7 lambs. 2 mg/g probiotics were added into the diet of test group, while the control group were not added. After two months feeding at the same condition, the daily gain, material weight ratio, meat production and meat quality were determined respectively. The result revealed that the daily gain, material weight ratio, meat production, crude fat in meat, primary protein, total amounts of free amino acids and essential amino acids of the test group were apparently higher than those (P〈0.05) of the control group. It proved that probiotics can improve the growth performance and meat quality of lamb.
