摘要
在全寿命阶段装备准备时间验证的工程实践中,面临验证方法多,选择困难的问题。针对这一现实需求,在全面分析装备研制过程中各寿命阶段技术状态和验证方法性质、特点的基础上,提出了各种验证方法验证时的资源需求。结合验证工作的实际,分析了验证的约束参数和目标参数,并以验证经费最小为优化目标,研究建立了约束参数和目标参数的关系模型,算例分析表明,该模型可以为全寿命过程装备准备时间验证方法的选取提供决策依据。
In the engineering practice,the equipment setup time demonstration in life cycle process is facing the problem of multiple choice difficulties.Aiming at these practical demands,the resource requirements of different demonstration methods are proposed on the basis of comprehensive analysis the different characteristics of equipment technical state in each life stage and the demonstration methods,then combining with demonstration practice,the constraint parameters and the target parameters are analyzed and their relationship model is established.Numerical example shows that this relationship model can provide reference to demonstration method selecting of equipment setup time demands demonstration in life cycle process.
