构建宁波港口物流业大数据服务平台的思考

Reflections on Constructing a Big Data Service Platform for the Logistics of Port of Ningbo

文章认为大数据将转变宁波港口物流业信息管理模式,能从群体服务和个体服务两个层面加以运用;提出可以分数据设施平台、数据处理平台和数据应用平台三部分构建大数据服务平台的建议;以政府为主导推动相关机制建设作为总体思路,从"平台—终端—应用"三个方向作为建设的方向,并以完善相关法规和培养专业人才作为当前的重要举措。

This author of the paper holds that big data will change the information management model of logistics industry of Port of Ningbo. It can be applied to serve both groups and individuals. The big data service platform consists of three parts, i.e. data infrastructure platform, data processing platform and data application platform. The author suggests that the government should play a leading role in constructing a ＂platform-terminal-application＂ mechanism and should focus on perfecting the related legislations and training professional talents.
