摘要 通过分析混凝土冻融破坏的原因及冻融破坏的主要形式,总结了冻融破坏的机理和冻融破坏的影响因素,并对比分析了国内外不同的混凝土抗冻试验方法。结果表明:冻结对混凝土的破坏力是水结冰体积膨胀造成的静水压力和冰水蒸汽压差和溶液中盐浓度差造成的渗透压两者共同作用的结果;平均气泡间距是影响混凝土抗冻性的最主要因素;目前国内主要采用快冻法试验,因为快冻法与慢冻法相比,具有试验周期短,采用无损检测,试验工作量小,误差小,灵敏度高等优点。 The paper analyzes the cause and main forms of freeze-thaw damage of concrete, summaries the mechanism and influence factors of freeze-thaw damage and compares and analyzes the test methods of frost resistant of concrete at home and abroad. The results show that the destructive power of frost on concrete is the interaction results between the hydrostatic pressure by the volume expansion in the water freezing and differential pressure of ice water steam and the osmotic pressure by salt concentration difference in solution. The average bubble space is the most main factor of the frost resistant of concrete. At present, the quick freezing method is mainly used in domestic. Compared with low speed freezing method, the quick freezing method has advantages of short test period and the less maintenance, nondestructive testing, less workload, minor error and higher sensitivity, and so on.
