摘要
采用数值仿真方法建立了车用冷却模块数值仿真模型并进行了试验验证。在此基础上,对车用独立式冷却模块进行数值仿真研究,建立串联结构独立式冷却模块,研究进风口位置与数量对于冷却性能的影响;建立非串联结构独立式冷却模块,研究热交换器数量及其与风扇相对位置对于冷却性能的影响。分析结果表明:当热交换器与风扇以串联形式布置时,增加进风口数量对于冷却性能的提升不明显;当热交换器以单体形式与风扇非串联布置时,冷却性能有较大提升,且热交换器间的相对位置对冷却性能有一定影响。另外,从冷却效率分析,双热交换器非串联方案的冷却效率高于单热交换器非串联方案。
A numerical simulation model for vehicular cooling modules was established and verified by experiment.On this basis,the numerical study of the vehicular detached cooling modules was carried out.First,the detached cooling modules with serial structure were set up,the influence of the position and number of air intakes on the cooling performance was investigated.Then,the detached cooling modules with non-serial structure were established,the influence of the relative position between Heat Exchangers(HEs)and fan was taken into account.The results show that,when the cooling modules were serially connected,the increase in air intakes has no obvious impact on the cooling performance.When the cooling modules were non-serially connected,the cooling performance is greatly improved.In addition,the cooling efficiency of the scheme with double HEs is higher than that with single HE.
