以医务社会工作视角论和谐医患关系的构建

Establishment of Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship from the perspective of Medical Social Work

和谐的医患关系是保证医疗服务质量的基础,也是社会和谐的重要体现。但是,当前医疗纠纷频繁发生,医患关系逐渐复杂和尖锐化,引发了严重的社会问题。通过文献查阅以及现场调查的研究方法,在调查并了解国内医患关系现状及医务社会工作理论和实践的发展历程后,从医务社会工作视角出发,对构建和谐医患关系进行初步分析和探讨。医务社会工作在我国已经起步并具有了初步的实践经验,可以将社会工作的方法应用于缓和医患关系中,促进医务社会工作在我国的蓬勃发展。

The harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the basis of ensuring the quality of medical services and can also represent the harmonious society. But now, the medical dispute is frequently occurred which make their relationship become complicated and acute, and caused serious problems. So, we proceed from perspective of social work,and consult the literature and do field investigation to learn the state of doctor-patient relationship, the development of the theory and practice of medical social work. After that, we can have a preliminary analysis and exploration about their relationships. The medical social work is starting in our country and retaining many practical experiences. We can relax their relationship with social work and promote the development of medical social work in our country more prosperous.
