2011～2014年度某院死亡病案的分析

目的：分析住院死亡病例的特征。方法：检索2011~2014年住院死亡病例共907例,从病死率、年龄分布、死亡性别、死因等方面进行统计。结果：死亡高发年龄段是60岁以上;死亡男女性别比1.92∶1;前四位死因为肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、循环系统疾病。结论：死亡病例特征分析对医院管理和疾病防治工作有指导意义。

Objective： To analyze the characteristic of hospitalized death cases.Methods： Retrieve cases died in hospital from 2011 to 2014, a total of 907 cases, from the case fatality rate, age distribution, gender, death statistics.Results： Is a high incidence of death age over 60 years of age; Death sex ratio of 1.92：1; Four dead because, tumor,respiratory disease, injury and poisoning, circulatory system disease.Conclusion：Deaths characteristics analysis of hospital management and disease prevention and control work has a guiding significance.
