探讨高等教育质量工程项目管理问题。该文系统总结了某医学高等专科学校基于推进现代卫生职业教育教学改革和培养服务医改的实用基层卫生人才的需要,自2008年以来加强质量工程项目组织与实施的主要做法、管理模式、取得成效及存在的主要问题,提出了"十三五"时期加强和改进质量工程项目与高等教育振兴计划项目管理绩效的对策建议。

Higher education quality engineering project administration has been discussed. Based on the need for promoting the teaching reform of modern health vocational education and training practical primary health personnel serving medical reform, the paper has summarized the major practice of organization and implementation of the quality engineering project of Anhui Medical College since 2008,its management model, achievements and the major problems that still exist and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve the management performance of the quality project and higher education revitalization plan during the ＂13th Five-year Plan＂ period.
