目的:探索品管圈活动在ICU一次性耗材管理中应用效果。方法:先确定品管圈小组,探讨ICU一次性医用耗材浪费的原因分析,并提出护理整改措施。结果:提高了ICU一次性医用耗材的有效使用率,减少了科室的一次性耗材的浪费,提高了科内医护人员参与管理的意识,充分提高了大家的工作积极性及满足感。

Objective： To explore the QCC application in ICU disposable consumables management effect.Methods： First determine the quality group, then discuss on the analysis of causes of waste ICU disposable medical supplies and put forward rectification measures.Results： effective use of ICU disposable consumables has been improved, reducing the rate of disposable consumables, raising awareness of being involved in the management on the part of healthcare professionals, fully improving the enthusiasm of all the work and sense of satisfaction.Conclusion：Quality control circles have significant effect on the ICU in the management of disposable medical supplies.
