Nursing care of CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy and its complications

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术及其并发症的护理。方法:对122例肺占位的患者行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术,术前做好心理干预与术前准备,术中配合医生操作、观察生命体征等变化,术后加强并发症的观察及护理。结果:122例患者并发气胸18例,出现痰咯血11例。胸痛8例,胸膜反应1例,未出现血气胸等严重并发症。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术常见的并发症有气胸、咯血等,术前宣教、术中严密监测及术后密切观察病情变化是减少或预防术后并发症的重要措施。

Objective：To explore the nursing points for patients by CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy and the nursing measures of its complications.Methods： A total 122 patients by CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy were enrolled in the study. All patients were received health education and psychological nursing before operations,careful co-operating during and corresponding observation after operation.Results：pneumothorax occurred in 18 cases of and hemoptysis in 11 cases.Eight patients complained chest pain.One case had pleura reaction.No complications such as hemothorax happened.These complications were quickly disappeared through corresponding treatment and enhancing nursing.Conclusion： The common complications CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy were pneumothorax,hemoptysis,chest pain,et al.Careful and comprehensive preoperative can ensure a successful operation. Intraoperative close observations of patient＇s condition,skilled cooperation and close observations were the main measures to reduce and prevent pulmonary puncture complications.
