呼吸机相关性肺炎的原因探讨及预防措施

Causes and Preventive Measures of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

目的:通过对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的原因探讨,总结呼吸机相关性肺炎的应对措施,为临床护理提供参考。方法:收治需机械通气患者66例,通过对其原因分析,采取有效护理措施。结果:66例机械通气患者在ICU住院期间发生ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎11例,发生率为16.7%,其中死于该病的患者共5例,病死率为7.6%。结论:增强患者抵抗力、加强人工气道管理、保持呼吸机管路通畅、加强患者体位管理等可有效降低ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率和病死率。

Objective： To explore the causes of ventilator associated pneumonia（VAP）, and to summarize the response measures of ventilator associated pneumonia, and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods： 66 patients with mechanical ventilation were treated with mechanical ventilation in hospital,and the causes were analyzed and the effective nursing measures were taken8.Results： 66 cases of mechanical ventilation patients in ICU in the hospital during ICU ventilator associated pneumonia occurred in 11 cases, the incidence rate of about 16.7%, of which 5 cases died of the disease, the mortality rate was about 7.6%.Conclusion： it can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU patients, which can effectively reduce the resistance,strengthen the management of artificial airway, maintain the patency of the ventilator tube, and strengthen the management of the patients.
