2012～2014年某院住院患者深部抗真菌药物应用分析

Applied analysis of deep antifungal drugs of hospitalized patients in hospital from 2012 to 2014

目的：通过对某院近3年来住院患者深部抗真菌药物的应用分析,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：采用限定日剂量法,统计分析某院2012~2014年用药频度（DDDs）,并对各种深部抗真菌药物金额及构成比进行回顾性统计分析,利用排序比值对药物同步相关性进行比较。结果：用药频度及金额排序靠前的是氟康唑、伊曲康唑和伏立康唑,且同步相关性较好。结论：某院住院患者深部抗真菌药物使用较平稳,吡咯类药物应用广泛。

Objective： To analyze the usage of deep antifungal drugs of hospitalized patients in Hospital in the past three years and provide the reference for clinical rational usage of drugs.Methods： By the method of limitation of daily dose,the DDDs in hospital during 2012~2014 were statistically analyzed,and the amount of money and proportion of the deep antifungal drugs was also retrospectively analyzed.The synchronous correlation in application of the drugs was compared by using the ratio of serial numbers.Results： Fluconazole, itraconazole and voriconazole were located in the front row of the sequence of DDDs as wel1 as amount of money.The synchronous correlation of voriconazole, itraconazole and fluconazole was better.Conclusion：The usage of deep antifungal drugs in our hospital was stable.The pyrrole antifungal drugs show a wide prospect of market.
