分娩球配合导乐位在催产素引产中的临床效果分析

目的:探讨应用分娩球配合导乐在催产素引产中的临床效果。方法:选择符合引产指征的初产妇60例,分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组催产素引产过程中给以分娩球配合导乐护理干预,对照组未给予护理干预。观察两组引产效果、第一产程时间、分娩方式、疼痛程度。结果:观察组剖宫产率和第一产程时间低于对照组,观察组比对照组能更好地缓解疼痛,差异均有统计学意义。结论:分娩球配合导乐能有效提高催产素引产成功率,有效降低剖宫产率,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the application of labor ball with guide clinical effect in the oxytocin induced labor. Methods： Choice in line with the allegations induced labor primipara 60 cases, divided into observation group and control group 30 cases each, in the process of the observation group of oxytocin induced labor give birth ball with guide nursing intervention, control group was not given nursing intervention. Observing two groups to observe effect of two groups of induced labor, the first labor time, pain degree, delivery way. Results： Observation group cesarean section rate and the labor time is lower than the control group, observation group than the control group can better pain relief, differences were statistically significant. Conclusions： Birth ball guide can effectively improve the success rate of oxytocin induced labor, effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, is worth promoting.
