摘要
目的：分析皮下埋植避孕法提前终止原因,提高皮下埋植避孕方法续用率。方法：对2011年7月1日~2012年12月31日期间,150例取出皮埋剂对象进行停用原因调查。结果：月经异常仍是育龄妇女不能耐受皮下埋植避孕法的最主要原因。结论：加强术前咨询和避孕方法知情选择,提高皮下埋植避孕法续用率。
Objectives：This study aims to elucidate causes of termination of using subepidermal contraceptive implant and increase the continuation rates for this method. Methods： We surveyed 150 women who terminated using subepidermal contraceptive implant from July 1st,2011 to December 31 st, 2012.Results： The key cause for women in child-bearing age to terminate using subepidermal contraceptive implant is abnormal menstruation.Conclusion：To increase the continuation：rate of subepidermal contraceptive implant, we must improve preoperative consultant and inform choices of contraceptive methods.
