摘要
为推广应用生化分析仪的检测时序原理处理试剂交叉污染问题的方法,文章列举几例具有代表性的交叉污染问题解决实例,包括前后连续吸样的项目间的污染、前后连续使用同一个反应杯的项目间的污染和清洗系统带入的污染,并按照3种污染来源的先后顺序排查污染源,对受干扰项目的检测结果进行统计分析,验证该方法的可行性。
For generalizing a method for treating reagent cross contamination problems through the principle of sequence detection,the article provides several representative solutions,including the solutions about contamination bringing into cuvette by the continuous use of sample and reagent needles,contamination using same cuvette among different determinations and contamination from washing system. The contamination sources are screened as the order of the pollution above. Statistical analysis for interference is performed for verifying the feasibility of this method.
